The attention we put in making our Amaro starts from working with our hands. Each plant, necessary for the Amaro Neri is chosen among a thousand other plants, mountain herbs that are born at 1500 meters of height, in the Abruzzo National Park, collected by hand. Because its secret formula only with these herbs and infusion of chinotto, can release the absolute pleasure of a mythical sip. It’s hard work, to devote time to but the best things are not easily achieved.
